Mr. Levenson formed Easlan Capital of Atlanta, Inc. in 1986 and has served as President and CEO since that time, where he oversees the firm’s development of apartments, office, hospitality, and retail.
Smith Levenson
In 2006, Smith Levenson began working with Easlan Capital of Atlanta, Inc., since then he has served Easlan in investment sales, underwriting, development management, leasing, and property management.
Lenny Meltz
Since 1990 he has been a principal with Easlan Capital of Atlanta, a regional development firm operating in Greenville, Charlotte and Atlanta, where he has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s development of apartments, office, retail and hotels throughout the southeast.
Mark Shaw
In 1994, Mr. Shaw teamed with the residential development division of Easlan Capital of Atlanta, Inc., where he joint ventured single family and townhome developments throughout Atlanta. During that time, he developed and/or sold to various single family homebuilders such as Pulte Homes, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, Bowen Family Homes, Ashton Woods and Rivercrest Homes.
Matt Meshad
In 2003, Mr. Meshad joined Easlan Capital of Atlanta as an investment sales broker and property manager. Mr. Meshad advanced to oversee management of all the firm’s assets, as well as the construction and development of new assets in excess of $150 million.
Kent Levenson Jr.
After moving back to Atlanta in 2010, Kent began working for Easlan Capital as a Development Assistant. He has underwritten numerous HUD multifamily projects and provided Development services for Easlan's projects.
