RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Shaw began his career in 1989 as a real estate broker representing office developments in Atlanta, Georgia.
In 1994, Mr. Shaw teamed with the residential development division of Easlan Capital of Atlanta, Inc., where he joint ventured single family and townhome developments throughout Atlanta. During that time, he developed and/or sold to various single family homebuilders such as Pulte Homes, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, Bowen Family Homes, Ashton Woods and Rivercrest Homes.
Beginning in 2007 Mr. Shaw became a partner in Easlan Capital’s retail and multifamily developments overseeing the development and construction of various projects.
