Lenny Meltz

MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Meltz has has been active in various real estate ventures throughout the southeast for forty five years. Mr. Meltz held real estate lending positions with both Trust Company Bank and Citizens and Southern REIT in Atlanta from 1970 to 1976. Moving to Washington DC in 1976 he oversaw the development of the northeastern United States for Ticor Mortgage Insurance Company as its Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. He later became President and COO of The EPIC Group, a national real estate investment firm headquarted in Washington DC until returning to Atlanta in 1988 where he became a partner and President of Noro Capital Advisors, a Dutch real estate advisory firm.

Since 1990 he has been a principal with Easlan Capital of Atlanta, a regional development firm operating in Greenville, Charlotte and Atlanta, where he has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s development of apartments, office, retail and hotels throughout the southeast.
