Easlan Capital and Parramore & Quinn are designing and constructing a 251 bed dormitory for Paine College in Augusta. The project is set to be complete in the Fall of 2019. This project will include a historical renovation of a nearby building for use as a dining facility, When completed this will be the first new dormitories on the Paine College campus since the 1960's.
